CURRY BOWLS

All our curries are sautéed with a mix of veggies and your preference of curry paste and coconut milk, with the option to add various forms of protein (listed below)

26. GREEN

Green curry is naturally the hottest of the curries we serve. It gets its colour from the addition of fresh coriander ( cilantro ), lime leaf and basil. This curry cannot be made mild.

27. RED

Our red curry is made using a traditional curry paste and the addition of our fresh roasted chili flakes, seasoned to suit your taste.

28. YELLOW

Yellow curry is the mildest curry we serve, however we can make it to suit your desired spice level. It’s distinct golden hue comes from tumeric that is added to the base of the curry.

29. MASSAMAN

To make the massaman curry we start with a red base and add up a mixture of spice including nutmeg, coriander and cinnimon. It is a creamy, nutty and spicey curry heavily influenced by Indian, Malaysian, and Persian cuisines.

30. PANANG

Our panang curry is another creamy curry similar to the massaman with influences coming from India, and Malaysia, yet still remaining distictly Thai. It has a hint of sweetness mixed in with the addition of ground peanuts.

31. RED CURRY PORK RIB $18

A rack of pork ribs, slow roasted in red curry sauce and garnished with Thai basil and lime leaf.

32. SWEET AND SOUR SALMON $18

Filet of wild sockeye salmon, lightly battered and pan fried to a golden perfection and then smothered in a sweet and sour basil sauce with a mix of veggies.

33. RED CURRY SEAFOOD CASSEROLE $20

Wild sockeye salmon and prawns, slowly cooked in a red curry sauce with an egg and seasonal veggies, garnished with Thai basil and lime leaf.
